How she works
Four steps from “I’ll go out later” to actually outside.
One push a day. She pushes.
You tell her you’ve been inside too long and she stops asking nicely. A daily get-out nudge tied to something real: sun before the meeting, a walk after lunch, anything but four more walls.
The day you haven’t moved, flagged.
She notices when you’ve been at the desk since morning with no daylight. Before the whole day’s gone, she calls it out and hands you the smallest possible reason to step out.
Outside, with a reason to stay there.
A vague “go outside” is easy to ignore. She gives it shape: the coffee walk, the friend who’s also stuck inside, the park that’s 8 minutes away. Easier to do than to argue with.
The fresh air, counted.
Friday she sends the tally: days you got out, walks done, the friend you saw in person instead of in a chat. The week you remembered there’s a world out there.
